Before I made the move to strength training and body building, I was a ballerina and practiced kickboxing for nearly a decade. I've always had the fitness philosophy of focusing on health and happiness above all else, and designing client lifestyles around that.

My training specializations are strength training, muscular rehabilitation, mobility, calisthenics, kickboxing, performance focused nutrition, athletic plyometrics, and fat loss.
