BC40 - HIIT CIRCUIT SESSION

BC40 is our own unique high intensity strength and conditioning circuit. This is a 40 minute session utilising a range of equipment including assault bikes, Kettlebells, dumbbells and strongman equipment.

Sessions often incorporate an outdoor component.
